ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
We started our agency in 2017. We are currently a team of 7 and growing! We moved into our new office in 2021 to accommodate our growth and create a comfortable environment for our team. We enjoy catching up and laughing at our monthly team luncheons. One of the exciting ways we support our community is by sponsoring our local basketball summer league through GIAC. We have a lot of fun getting to know the team and their families at our local Rumble Pony baseball games each season. Our annual Christmas party is filled with great food, team recognition, and a paint & sip class!
In addition to individual bonus/compensation plans. Our agency also provides a 401K retirement match along with 3 weeks of vacation! Mentorships and team-based selling opportunities available! We provide creative in-house marketing resources to create leads. Our mornings are filled with professional development. Our agency actively provides leadership & growth opportunities for the team throughout the year. Willing team members are put in situations and positions of growth to promote their future success.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nicholas Romo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
