Nick Romo State Farm is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance & Financial Services Representative who thrives on helping clients while driving results. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service, identify opportunities to improve coverage, and help clients plan for their financial future. Every service transaction is a chance to educate, recommend, and grow lasting relationships.

This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health required). If you’re not yet licensed, we provide full support to help you obtain your licenses.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers with policy updates, renewals, and financial planning needs.

  • Conduct policy and account reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate products.

  • Educate clients on life, health, and investment protection options.

  • Manage customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.

  • Strengthen relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.

What You Bring

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A service-first mindset with the confidence to engage in sales conversations.

  • Proven success in sales, financial services, or insurance account management.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, or willingness to obtain with agency support.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
