The Romo Agency, a local State Farm office, is looking for an energetic intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable, real-world experience in the insurance industry, including sales, marketing, and agency operations.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to develop professional skills and explore a future career as a State Farm agent or business leader. You’ll receive direct mentorship, hands-on training, and exposure to what it takes to build and run a successful agency.
What You’ll Do
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and assist with marketing initiatives
- Support customer service functions by responding to inquiries and processing requests
- Learn how to present insurance options to meet customer needs
- Gain insight into daily agency operations and team collaboration
- Participate in goal-setting, performance tracking, and client retention activities
